Engineers working at Auxetix have developed a novel, low-cost optical sensor. This is constructed using industry-standard optical fibres, and can be used in a wide variety of scenarios, including medical devices, wearable computation, defence-related applications, improved user-interfaces for computers and gaming, etc. |
